Business development analyst The Business development analyst is responsible for assisting the Government Contract Manager in the management of the activities of the Government Contract Team, with particular focus on the research, identification and analysis of the business opportunities, filing and updated doc and on the preparation and submission of the offers/proposals.
Tasks and responsibilities- Bid and Proposal Support:
- Research for business opportunities on all the dedicated web sites.
- Identification and analysis of the most interesting business opportunities.
- Follow up, expression of interest, deep insights of the bidding opportunities
- Support in the preparation and submission of the proposals/offers.
Contract Management:- Support the activities of the Government Contract Team in the Contract Management aspects, including the preparation of reports, summaries, and factsheets.
- Become familiar with all the Contracts awarded to the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Communication and Coordination:- Communicate tender requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Communicate contract terms, conditions and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Assist the Government Contract Team in the communications with government agencies.
Training and Development:- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in government contracting
- Participate in professional development opportunities and relevant certification programs.
- Aim at continuous improvement in contract management processes.
Requirements and skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Knowledge of English.
