IT director

• Oversight for the IT Applications & Infrastructure including the production process.
• Management of IT teams and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Responsible for defining, developing and implementing the IT Strategy.
• Ensure Compliance of internal and external IT regulations in relation to Cybersecurity, Data protection, Networks etc.
• Align site strategy with that of Segment and Global IT Strategy
• Provide reporting on project evolution
• Responsible for the IT budget for the Site
• Secures carrying out of prescriptions and plans from health, safety, fire protection and environment.
• Checks development of Company and in accordance with that suggests improvement of work process that is business,
• Organizes realization of personnel politics of department on questioning of admission, schedule, training and education of personnel.
• Does other tasks in consonance with capabilities, law and general regulations of the Company
• Signs documentation, makes decisions and takes other actions within his workplace, which are defined under Laws and acts of Company
• Conducts and applies all adopted systematic documents which are related to managing system quality – ISO 9001, environment – ISO 14001, health and safety – ISO 45001 as well as all other standards, procedures, politics, goals and Corporate & Company guidelines according to defined requirements and established distribution for listed work position.
• Responsible for their implementation and recommendations for improvement of same

• At least 5+ years of experience in same or similar positions
• Active knowledge of English language
• Completed a tehnical university degree
